In recognition of the 25th anniversary of his first hit, Toby Keith has announced his Should’ve Been a Cowboy Tour XXV. The tour will keep Keith on the road throughout 2018.  Back on Feb. 12, 1993, “Should’ve Been a Cowboy” was released by Keith and went on to become the most-played country song of the decade; it also helped earn Keith  a spot in the Songwriters’ Hall of Fame in 2015. Keith penned “Should’ve Been a Cowboy” in a hotel bathroom, after one of his hunting buddies was passed over at a bar for a cowboy. Keith’s Should’ve Been a Cowboy Tour XXV will kick off in April and travel throughout North America. A complete list of dates is below.
