(Dallas, TX)  —  Meghan Trainor is performing at the Cowboys halftime show on Thanksgiving.

The team made the announcement yesterday.  The show will serve as the kick-off for the Salvation Army’s 128th Red Kettle campaign.

The 24 year old singer’s breakout hit “All About That Bass” came off her debut album and hit #1 on the Billboard chart.  In 2016, Trainor won a Grammy for Best New Artist  Trainor’s performance comes ahead of her new album called “Treat Myself”, which will be released in 2019.
