(Southlake, TX)  —  Jury deliberations are expected to begin today in the trial of a former Southlake swim coach accused of negligence in the drowning of a teen.

Tracey Anne Boyd was an assistant swim coach at the Carroll ISD Aquatic Center the day 13-year-old swim team member Elise Cerami drowned in 2016.  Boyd is charged with abandonment and endangering a child by criminal negligence.  All three swim coaches who testified on Thursday said they don’t believe she was negligent.
