(GLEN ROSE, TX)  — For two weekends in December, audiences can experience The Promise of Christmas – a King’s Journey at the amphitheater in Glen Rose.

The show follows a caravan journey from Babylon to Bethlehem with the three kings, ending on stage with a live nativity scene.  Managing Director of The Promise in Glen Rose, Chuck King, said the production has a cast of 20 people and will include live animals.

The event runs from 5-9 p.m. on Dec. 7-9, 14-16 is $20 per car or $40 per church van, and it includes a free hot drink and photos with Santa. Advance booking is highly recommended.  There will also be a holiday market on site.
