(Stephenville, TX) – Erath County commissioners are expected to vote today (Wednesday) on their choice to replace Emergency Management Coordinator Steve Cole, who’s retiring at the end of the year.

The Stephenville Empire Tribune reports current Erath County Extension Office Manager, Susan Driskill, is the lone finalist for the job out of five candidates.  Driskill worked for the Department of Public Safety for 26 years and was an area manager for the statewide emergency response team.
