WEATHERFORD, TX. (KTFW FM) – Long time Parker County Judge Mark Riley is leaving office several months early.  

In a surprise move, Riley announced his immediate resignation over the Labor Day weekend, after the county adopted its new budget.  He’s been the County Judge for the last 20 years but lost his re-election bid last March to former Hudson Oaks Mayor, Pat Deen, who takes over January 1st.
