(Stephenville, Tx) – An Erath County grand jury indicted 24-year-old Justin Brian Schrader in connection with an accident that took the life of a Stephenville woman and injured her passenger.

The wreck happened on Morgan Mill Road last January.  40-year-old Susan Silvia died at the scene, her passenger Randy Dickey suffered serious injuries.  Schrader, who’s also from Stephenville was indicted for intoxication manslaughter and intoxication assault in connection with the deadly accident.
