They call me Outlaw because I’m wanted for stealing everyone’s heart. I’m a 4 year old boy that definitely doesn’t belong in the shelter. I deserve a family I can love unconditionally, play with constantly and sit in laps for Netflix and cuddles. I’m only 76 lbs and that’s lap size right? I absolutely love everyone I meet and already know a thing or two, I am 4 after all.
