Wise County Man Arrested In Stabbing Death Of Missing Mom

(Denton, TX) — A 21-year-old Alvord man is under arrest for the stabbing death of a young mother of two whose body was found alongside Denton Creek.

Tanner Brock is charged with the murder of 20-year-old Jade Harris of Ponder. Officers arrested Brock Friday in Wise County. Teenagers found Harris dead a week ago while they were fishing in Denton Creek near FM 2449.

Investigators haven’t said what evidence led to Brock’s arrest. They say they Harris probably knew her killer.
