(Parker County, Tx) – Charges could be upgraded for a South Texas man suspected of causing a multi-vehicle drunk driving crash in Parker County.
26-year-old Juan Antonio Sauceda of Donna was arrested on two counts of Intoxication Assault following the Dec. 17th crash on westbound I-20 near Ranch House Road in Willow Park. DPS Troopers say Sauceda lost control of his vehicle while going through a construction area and hit an Infinity driven by a 61-year-old woman. The impact sent her car into a Nissan that in turn hit a Suburban.
Authorities say a passenger in the Infinity, 23-year-old Kevin Ferreiro of Early has since died from his injuries sustained in that accident. Sauceda remains in the Parker County Jail with bond set at $15,000.
