Major Warehouse Deal In The Making At DFW Airport

(Irving, TX) — A major warehouse lease is in the works at DFW International Airport.

The deal is for almost a million square feet of the DFW Commerce Center building, on South Airfield Drive in Irving. Owners of the building aren’t commenting, but commercial real estate brokers say Amazon is looking at the property, as well as a Fort Worth building of similar size.

The building is at the south end of the airport, in the same area where candy maker Mars recently signed a lease for a huge new warehouse.
