Meet Silas, a two-year-old mixed breed neutered male. This gentle giant, he weighs in at about 80 pounds. Silas was surrendered when his owner’s health would no longer allow them to care for him. According to his former owner, and what we have seen here at the shelter, he is great with other dogs and well-behaved children. You can meet this handsome fella at the Humane Society of North Texas Saxe-Forte’ Adoption Center 1840 E Lancaster Ave in Fort Worth, we are open from noon until six daily.
