(Dallas, TX) — The city of Dallas is considering whether to preserve a property once associated with Texas outlaws Bonnie and Clyde.
The Landmark Commission voted on Monday to determine whether to save the family home of Clyde Barrow in West Dallas. A developer bought the building, which is both a small home and a former gas station, with plans to tear it down. Until the commission makes its decision, nothing can be done with the building, which was built in the 1930s.
Barrow and Bonnie Parker used it as a place to plan their armed robberies.
