Today Is North Texas Giving Day For Nonprofits

(Dallas, TX) — Today is North Texas Giving Day, when residents can donate to nonprofits in need of contributions.

The United Way, the Community Foundation of Texas, and the Dallas Cowboys are joining forces to participate in the event. Many of the nonprofits provide important services to people affected by the pandemic, but are coping with the cancellation of fundraising events. Early donations totaled almost $4 dollars.

Today’s official day of giving lasts until midnight. Donations can be made at the North Texas Giving Day web site.
