(Frisco, TX) —  The Cowboys have offered Dak Prescott between 33-and-35-million dollars annually for five years with more than 100-million guaranteed, NFL Network’s Jane Slater reports.

If the Pro Bowl quarterback and the Cowboys do not reach an agreement on a long-term extension by the deadline today, Prescott would play for $31.4-million on the 2020 franchise tag.
