(Peaster, Tx) – The Parents of some Peaster ISD students have filed a formal complaint against school Superintendent Lance Johnson.

According to the Weatherford Democrat, Kjersti and Frank Powers say Johnson made anti-Semitic remarks and other inappropriate statements during a meeting between the three to discuss concerns the Powers’ had with the district’s health and safety plans for reopening during the pandemic.

Johnson has denied the accusations as “completely false”.  A petition in support of Superintendent Johnson has been started on Change.org.
