Jones Expects Prescott Back By May

(Frisco, TX) — Jerry Jones expects Dak Prescott will be back in May.

The Cowboys owner and GM says the quarterback should be physically recovered from his broken ankle in the spring. Jones is still calling Prescott the future of the team and wants to sign him to a long-term contract. Prescott was franchised in the offseason.

Dallas is also signing former SMU and UT quarterback Garrett Gilbert as a backup along with rookie Ben DiNucci.
