(Austin, TX) — A new poll says most Texans will be skeptical of the outcome of the presidential election, no matter who wins.
The survey from the Texas Politics Project at UT Austin says 60% of Texans are already suspicious of the outcome. The skepticism affects voters of both parties, but for different reasons. Some 60-percent of Republicans are worried about ineligible voters, while 57% of Democrats are concerned about possible election interference from foreign governments.
In almost equal numbers, both sides say misinformation spread through social media is a threat to the election.
