FW City Councilman Not Planning To Step Down After Arrest

(Fort Worth, TX) — A Fort Worth City Councilman is not planning to step down after a D-W-I arrest.

Cary Moon tells Fort Worth Star-Telegram he will be responsible for his actions after being pulled over and arrested over the weekend in Burleson. Police say Moon’s truck hit a curb several times and failed to stop at a stop sign before he was pulled over by Burleson Police and eventually charged with DWI.
