Study Names Abbott Best Governor In The Country

(Austin, TX) — A new study ranks Texas Governor Greg Abbott as the best governor in the nation.

The market research firm Laffer Associates and the conservative nonprofit American Legislative Exchange Council ranked governors on the basis of taxation policy, state spending, and labor relations.

This year, they added the criterion of the governor’s handling of the coronavirus pandemic.
