Covid Hits The Friday Night Lights In Parker County

(Aledo, Tx) – There will be no game this week for the Aledo Bearcats thanks to an uptick in Coronavirus cases.

Aledo ISD announced that Thursday’s scheduled football game between Aledo and Mansfield Timberview has been canceled due to COVID-19 cases at the High School. The JV and freshman games have also been canceled.

The district says there are currently seven confirmed cases of students with COVID-19 at Aledo High School and that 69 students are in quarantine due to exposure.
