North Texas Boy Wins First Place In National Mullet Championship

(Celeste, TX) — A North Texas boy is the first-place winner in the kids’ category of the USA Mullet Championships.

Kids nationwide submitted photos of their ‘do, from “the waterfall” to the “Tennessee Top Hat.” Eight-year-old Jaxson “Hot Rod” Crossland of Celeste took the $500.

When asked how he feels about the win, Jax said, “I can’t give autographs right now, ’cause I don’t know cursive.”
