Tarrant County Public Health Apologizes After COVID Vax Distribution Mixup

(Fort Worth, TX) — Tarrant County Public Health is apologizing after a mixup involving their coronavirus vaccine sign up list.

The department says they failed to include unique information in an email sent out this week. The email instead had random numbers instead of names, dates, and eligibility status. Public Health says they’re working on getting the distribution issue fixed.

Almost 60,000 vaccines have been distributed in the county.
