(Austin, TX) — Alcohol to-go is officially law in Texas.

Governor Greg Abbott signed a bill letting restaurants sell alcohol to-go Wednesday.

A regulation on the issue was waived last year to help eateries stay in business due to the coronavirus pandemic.
