(Wichita Falls, Tx) – Police in Wichita Falls arrest a man after he was reportedly caught swinging a machete at passing traffic.

According to Wichita Falls PD, one of their officers spotted a man he knew in a grassy median, swinging a machete at a car stopped at an intersection. When the light turned green, the vehicle drove away. Seth Schlicker was arrested and charged with Disorderly Conduct and Public Intoxication.

The Wichita Falls Times Record reports Schlicker was previously arrested last April when he was reportedly seen pointing a toy AK-47 gun at passing cars.
