(Fort Worth, Tx) – There was a big announcement made in Cowtown Tuesday.

The Professional Bull Riders organization has decided to move their World Finals from Las Vegas to Dickies Arena in Fort Worth in 2022.  The PBR says the move is part of a restructuring the organization is planning, after the 2021 PBR World Finals in Las Vegas this November 3rd-7th.  The “PBR Unleash the Beast” 2022 regular season runs from January to May, ending at Dickies Arena May 13th-22nd.

Fort Worth Mayor Mattie Parker says events will take place not only at Dickies Arena but also at Will Rogers Memorial Center, the Stockyards and in Downtown Fort Worth.

The announcement came just two days after the PBR held an “Unleash the Beast” event at Dickies Arena last weekend.
