Wild Hogs Causing Damage In Arlington Neighborhood

(Arlington, TX) — Arlington residents living near Legacy River Parks are having trouble with feral hogs roaming their streets and tearing up their yards.

Arlington Animal Services says the residential calls about wild hogs usually start around October. Since the beginning of October, Animal Services and other agencies have trapped about 90-hogs in Arlington.

A spokesman says it’s best to avoid them, especially if they have young ones with them, because the hogs can be dangerous. He says loud noises will usually scare them off.
