(Austin, TX)  —  ERCOT is issuing a notice about high power demand due to higher temperatures.

The manager of Texas’ power grid put out the comment today saying it’s possible energy reserves could drop this Friday and Saturday.  ERCOT will reassess conditions tomorrow and issue further guidance.

Temperatures are expected to be near record levels this weekend.
