(Uvalde, TX) — The police departments of Uvalde and the local school district are reportedly no longer cooperating with a state investigation of the deadly school shooting.
The departments stopped helping out last week after Colonel Steve McCraw, director of the Department of Public Safety, criticized their response. McCraw told reporters the officers should have entered Robb Elementary School sooner.
Police waited almost an hour before killing the gunman who shot and killed 19 students and two teachers.
