(Fort Worth, TX)  —  The Stockyards Hotel in Fort Worth is under new ownership.

Stockyards Heritage Development Company announced the purchase of the 115-year-old hotel today.  Terms of the deal were not released to Fort Worth Star-Telegram.

The plan is to keep the historic site, which served as a hideout for the outlaws Bonnie and Clyde, open.
