(Austin, TX) — Elon Musk uses his private plane to fly around the world and now he wants a private airport as well.

There are reports that the billionaire is eying land on the outskirts of Austin, Texas, for his airstrip.  Musk’s companies own thousands of acres there, much of which sits along the Colorado River.

In order to build a private airport, he’ll need approval from both the EPA and the FAA.
