Q: How will I get my tickets if I win?

A: Most of our tickets are digital! You’ll receive them directly from the ticket provider (such as Ticketmaster, AXS, Prekindle, or others) by email.

 

Q: I don’t see my tickets in my inbox. What should I do?

A: Check your Spam or Junk folder—sometimes email filters send ticket transfer emails there. Also check your Deleted / Trash folder just in case you accidentally deleted the email.

 

Q: It’s almost the day of the event and I still don’t have my tickets….

A: If it’s the week of the event and you still haven’t received your tickets, contact us right away at ContactUs@921HankFM.com so we can help. Do not wait until the actual event time.
