Lone Star Park Cancels Program After One Race

(Grand Prairie, TX) – Lone Star Park unexpectedly cancelled its live racing program Sunday after one race.

The Grand Prairie track announced on Twitter all racing has been suspended indefinitely at the venue due to the coronavirus pandemic. The announcement did not specify when racing would return.

The Paulick Report says there has been a positive COVID-19 test involving an employee with regular contact with jockeys.
