(Dallas, TX) —  If the NFL players’ union has its way, the Cowboys won’t play any preseason games in 2020.

ESPN reports the NFL Players Association unanimously voted to advocate playing zero exhibition games because of the pandemic.  The league decided last week to have two preseason games instead of four but hasn’t formally announced the move.

Dallas would play two home games, August 22nd against the Ravens and August 29th against the Chiefs.  Because of the pandemic, the players may contend they have a say in whether preseason happens at all.

Most training camps are starting July 28th.
