(Alvarado, TX) — A Johnson County school district is quarantining its entire high school band and postponing homecoming because of a coronavirus scare.

Alvarado ISD posted on Facebook that three members of the Golden Warrior band tested positive in the past week.  As a result, all band members are quarantined until Saturday, Oct 24th.

Alvarado’s homecoming game was set to take place this weekend, but will now be postponed to a future home game, to be announced later.
