(Dallas, TX) —  The Texas Attorney General’s office is suing a North Texas social media influencer under the Deceptive Trade Practices Act.

Brittany Dawn Davis sold fitness and nutrition plans to thousands of clients among her huge followings on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.  The lawsuit claims Davis never provided any of the personal coaching she promised, and that the plans she sold weren’t personally customized.

The attorney general’s office is suing for between $250,000 and a million-dollars.
