(Cleburne, Tx) – Police in Cleburne say a group of teens are facing criminal charges because of a Tik Tok challenge that involves kicking open the front doors of homes throughout the south part of the city.

According to a press release, the department started getting complaint calls just before 2am Tuesday from Cleburne residents who said their front doors were being kicked in and then the suspects would take off.  Investigators determined several teenagers between the ages 15 to 17 were committing the crimes.  After a foot chase , officers caught and arrested three teenagers, but police say more people could be involved.

The teens could be charged with criminal mischief and evading police.  Anyone with information is asked to call Cleburne police.
