That’s according to a new ranking from Sportico that lists the Dallas franchise’s value as being $7.64-billion. The average NFL team is worth $4.65-billion according to Sportico.

The ranking lists the Los Angeles Rams, New England Patriots, New York Giants and San Francisco 49ers as the rest of the top five most valuable franchises. The Cincinnati Bengals, who made it to the Super Bowl last season, rank as the least valuable franchise with a worth of 2.84 billion dollars.
