Eligibility:
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Open to legal residents of the United States. By participating, you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions which are final and binding in all respects.

How to Enter:
Entrants must sign in at the 92.1 Hank FM promotional table. A display number will be provided and must be placed in a highly visible location on the vehicle (such as the windshield or window).
Conditions of Participation:
92.1 Hank FM and Sponsors are not responsible for damage to persons or property arising from participation in Cruise Night.
By entering, you grant 92.1 Hank FM and Sponsors the irrevocable right, without additional compensation, to use your name, likeness, image, photograph, hometown, voice, biographical information, written submissions, and/or recorded statements for advertising, trade, promotional, and publicity purposes in any media worldwide, now or hereafter existing.
Voting:
Voting is open from 8:00 p.m. to 8:45 p.m.
Ballots are available at the Hank FM promotional table. Each person may vote only once.
At 8:45 p.m., ballots will be counted. The winner will be determined based on combined fan votes and station judges’ votes.
Station judges’ votes carry a 10-to-1 weight ratio over fan votes and may also be used to break ties or disqualify unqualified entries.
The Weekly Fan Favorite will be announced at approximately 8:50 p.m.
Winners will receive a plaque.
All prize and winner determinations are final and not subject to review regarding voting errors, improper voting, or level of attendance.

Information provided by entrants will be used in accordance with the Station’s Privacy Policy, available at 921HANKFM.com
Employees, agents, or affiliates of the Station, LKCM Radio Group LP, or participating Sponsors, as well as their immediate family members (including but not limited to spouses, parents, children, siblings, grandparents, and grandchildren) or members of their households, are not eligible.
If an entry is deemed ineligible, the Station may select another winner at its discretion.
Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes.
The Station, Sponsors, and affiliates assume no liability for injury, loss, or damage to persons or property arising from entry, participation, or prize acceptance/use.
The Station reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant or entry, and/or to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest without notice.
By entering, participants grant the Station, Sponsors, and affiliates unlimited rights to any photos, video, recordings, or other materials collected in connection with the contest, for any purpose deemed appropriate, without compensation.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction:
This contest is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. By participating, entrants agree that any and all disputes arising out of or relating to this contest shall be resolved exclusively by the state and federal courts located within Tarrant County, Texas, and entrants consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
