Every Wednesday from February 25 through April 15, 7:00–9:00 PM, the stage is set for an unforgettable night of live music, rising talent, and great vibes. Whether you’re a singer, songwriter, or die-hard music fan, this open-mic competition is your chance to shine—or discover the next local star. Hosted by the always-entertaining Doug Rose, Hank’s Jam delivers incredible performances, positive energy, and a room full of people who love live music as much as you do.
The weekly winner each week walks away with a $100 gift card to Teskey’s, and a spot in the finals for a chance to win a full day of studio recording time at Eastlake Recording Studio, and a Saving Memories photo shoot! And just when you think the night can’t get better, we wrap things up each week with a special guest artist, bringing an intimate, can’t-miss performance to close out the evening.

SPRING 2026 92.1 HANK FM “HANK’S JAM” RULES AND REGULATIONS
ELIGIBILITY:
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Hank’s Jam is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 16 years of age at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, and directors of KTFW / 92.1 Hank FM, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, participating sponsors, advertisers, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate or win.
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the judges and/or event administrators, which are final and binding in all respects.

EVENT DETAILS:
Hank’s Jam is an eight (8) week open mic competition held on Wednesdays from February 25, 2026 through April 15, 2026, at: County Line Ice House (185 Neri Rd Granbury, TX 76048)
Weeks 1- 7 competitions with weekly winner voted on by the crowd.
Week 7: Weekly winners from Weeks 1–7 will compete for the Grand Prize. One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected by audience vote.
REGISTRATION BEGINS AT 7 PM:
Registration begins at 7:00 PM each event night at the 92.1 Hank FM Registration/Promotional Table located on-site at County Line Ice House. Registration is free of charge. IMPORTANT: Acoustic acts only. No backing tracks, full bands, or amplified drum kits permitted.
REGISTRATION CLOSES AT 7:30 PM:
The first ten (10) first-time participants to register are guaranteed a performance slot. Any remaining performance slots (up to a maximum of ten (10) total performers per event) will be filled by previous Hank’s Jam participants, selected at random at 7:30 PM. All registration entries will then be randomly drawn to determine the order of performance. Each contestant may perform one (1) song per event night.
VOTING:
Following the final performance of the evening, audience voting will open. One (1) vote per person, ages 16 and older. The contestant receiving the most votes will be declared the Weekly Winner.
PRIZING:
Weekly Fav Favorite – $100 Teskey’s Gift Card
Grand Prize –One (1) one-hour photo session with Saving Memories Photography (approximate retail value: $500) / One (1) full day of studio recording time at Eastlake Recording Studio (approximate retail value: $1,500)
Prizes are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may not be substituted except at the Administrator’s sole discretion.
RELEASE, LIABILITY & PUBLICITY:
By participating and/or performing, contestants agree to release and hold harmless KTFW / 92.1 Hank FM, all sponsors, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising from participation in the event or acceptance or use of any prize.
By participating, contestants grant KTFW / 92.1 Hank FM and sponsors permission to use their name, likeness, voice, photograph, hometown, and biographical information for advertising, promotional, and marketing purposes in any media now known or hereafter developed, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
MERCHANDISING & PROMOTIONS RESTRICTION:
Contestants are strictly prohibited from distributing, selling, or promoting any personal marketing materials during Hank’s Jam events, including but not limited to CDs, merchandise, apparel, flyers, or promotional items.
Failure to comply with this restriction will result in immediate disqualification.
