(Dallas, Tx) – Thousands of pounds of eggs were spilled all over a Dallas freeway early this morning, shutting it down for hours to clean-up.
It happened on Westbound Interstate 30 at the I-45/U.S. 75 split in what’s known as “the canyon”. The Dallas County Sheriff’s office says an 18-wheeler hit the bridge, overturned and spilled out 35,000 lbs. of eggs on the highway.
The driver of the semi was ok, but fuel also leaked out on the roadway.
