Welcome to my little corner of the Hank FM website. I’ve dreamed of being on the radio since I was a kid. My dad was a part time radio announcer in our small town of Fairfield, Iowa. He got me hired at that station at the age of 14 and ever since I’ve been hooked!
I appreciate you letting me drive you home every afternoon here on 92.1 Hank FM!
FIVE THINGS ABOUT ME THAT I HOPE WON’T BORE YOU:
- I am a divorced dad and the proud parent of a 10 year old crazy redheaded son who is my main joy in life. Before he was born I actually had a full head of hair!
- I truly love country music from the 80’s, 90’s and 2000’s so the songs on Hank FM are what you’ll find on my own personal playlist.
- I’m also a big fan of NASCAR (Kevin Harvick’s my favorite driver), TCU Football and of course The Cowboys, Mavs, Stars and Texas Rangers.
- I’m a former U.S. Army Field Artillery Officer (which may explain why I always ask – “huh, what did you say?”) and have spent the last three years also homeschooling our son.
- I also am an avid marathon runner and veteran of the Cowtown and Dallas marathons.
