WEATHERFORD, TX. (Lone Star News Group) – Three communities in western Parker County say they’re having trouble with the quality of their water.  Residents in Rio Brazos, Horseshoe Bend and Mountain River have been battling water problems after a waterline break last month.

The Weatherford Democrat reports that the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality has an ongoing investigation in the matter.  The TCEQ says they’ve received several complaints from citizens about high chlorine levels, an ongoing water line break, a water outage and issues related to a boil water notice.

Texas Rain Holding Company operates the water systems for all three communities.
